Cancellation Policy

 

Your full appointment time is reserved for you. In the case of tardiness, the therapist may or may not be able to accommodate to provide the full hands-on treatment time. Any appointments missed or canceled within a 24 hour time frame are subject to a 50% charge due before your next appointment.

COVID-19 Policies and Procedures

Effective September 2023 *Subject to change, please let me know if you have any questions.

Setting and Cancelling Appointments:

• Cancelation policy waived in cases of illness. If you are feeling ill or have been around others exhibiting symptoms of illness please call to reschedule.

• Cancel appointment as soon as possible if exposed to, diagnosed with or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19.

• Wait 10 days before scheduling massage if recovered from or exposed to COVID-19 and have clearance from your doctor to resume normal activities.

• You will receive an appointment confirmation and COVID screening prior to appointment.

Your visit:

• The practitioner may be masked. If they are not, please feel free to request they wear one during your session. Your sense of safety and health are of utmost importance to us!

  • Masking is optional for clients and visitors for the duration of your visit. If you wear a mask but prefer to remove it while face down on the massage table, a pillow case may be used in the face cradle in place of the mask.

• Temperature may be taken at door (must be <100.4)

• If you arrive and are exhibiting symptoms of illness such as fever, coughing or sneezing I will ask we reschedule the appointment. Please call ahead to reschedule to honor both of our schedules.

After your visit:

• Immediately report any symptoms, diagnosis or pre-massage exposure you were made aware after your massage.
